To adapt the Accounting Law and meet the increasing needs of customers, on 06/11/2003, Horizon Co.,Ltd was issued Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning - Investment in HCM City, providing service in the field of professional financial consultancy, accountants, auditors and management.

After the Enterprise Law was enacted, thousands of Vietnam enterprises have been launched, facing the challenge of the international economic integration, and the confusion in management, especially in accounting and financial management.That is a major limitation for the sustainable development of enterprises.
